Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING: free shipping is available for orders within the lower 48 United States over $100.00 that consist entirely of items that are eligible for free shipping (as indicated in item descriptions and in the shopping cart). RESTRICTIONS APPLY: any additional charges above standard shipping rates, including non-dock delivery of heavy items (palletized freight, large printers, laminators, etc.), delivery of items that require the use of a lift-gate to non-dock delivery locations, including residential deliveries, etc. will be billed additional.
Otherwise, shipping terms are F.O.B. Pittsburgh, PA. Delivery times are estimates only and tastarsupply is not responsible for delays. We ship via UPS within the United States. Charges are based on the weight and value of the order and the service requested (overnight, next day, 2nd day, 3rd day, etc.). Shipping charges will be added to the order total based on the shipping method. For your protection, we ship only to your credit card’s verified billing address unless we receive specific authorization from the customer to do otherwise. Please allow for delay in shipping products to addresses other than the verified billing address. We cannot accept orders that are placed or are shipping outside of the United States.

Return Policy

tastarsupply offers a return policy on selected items based on the return period allowed by our suppliers or manufacturers. After this period, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed. The customer is entitled to the manufacturer’s warranty and tastarsupply makes no additional or independent warranty.

If your order arrives damaged, please be sure to save the product AND the original box and packing materials it arrived in. Damage in shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. Please notify the shipping company immediately to arrange for an inspection of the damaged product.

In the event that you do not receive the product you ordered, please call us to arrange a pickup of the incorrect product at no charge to the customer. Please report the problem at the time you receive your order.

For ANY exchange or return issue, please call 412-884-8077 during normal business hours or use our contact us form to contact us via email to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RA Number. For faster service please have the following information available when calling: customer name, order number, serial number if applicable, and nature of the problem. tastarsupply strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Be sure that the carrier can provide you with a Proof of Delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. tastarsupply will pay freight on return of DEFECTIVE product from the customer. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, containing ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories, software and documentation provided by the manufacturer. DEFECTIVE returns can be returned to tastarsupply based on our suppliers or manufacturers return policies, at tastarsupply discretion  for: credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. Any product that is missing the UPC code can ONLY be replaced with the same product. After this period, all manufacturer warranties apply. NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be accepted by tastarsupply if the product is not opened, at tastarsupply discretion for credit or exchange. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Absolutely no returns will be accepted beyond 30 days after the invoice date of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Due to manufacturers’ policies and restrictions, tastarsupply cannot accept returns of certain items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON. DEFECTIVE product can be returned to tastarsupply, the manufacturer directly, or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as policies do change.

tastarsupply disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied of fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. If goods are being purchased for export, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining export documentation from the federal government. In addition, warranties on exported product may vary, and may even be null and void. Any and all liabilities are only for the products purchased.

All descriptions and graphic are provided “as is” without any kind of warranty. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, tastarsupply shall maintain the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for the product at the incorrect price. In addition, we cannot guarantee any prices listed on other Web sites or search engines.
