The natural white cotton canvas contains no optical brighteners (OBA's), and features a finely woven, elegant surface structure. The matt coating provides a first class printing result with a wide colour gamut and deep, rich blacks. Cézanne Canvas 430gsm provides extraordinary elasticity, making it ideal for stretcher frames.

As with all Hahnemühle products from the Digital FineArt Collection, the Cézanne Canvas is acid-free and archival, in accordance with ISO 9706 standards (museum grade according to the requirements of galleries and museums).

Many companies claim to be steeped in 'tradition'. What initially began with handmade writing paper was later complemented by art paper and, more recently, digitally printable FineArt inkjet paper invented by the company Hahnemühle. The paper technologists at Hahnemühle are reliable partners of artists, technicians and scientists. They manufacture exactly according to their customers' requirements, continuously optimise the paper together with them, and develop products for new market segments. Their motto has always been "quality not quantity": With an annual production of about 3,000 tons, Hahnemühle sees itself more as a manufactory than a factory.
